These air fryer s’mores egg rolls are a perfect twist on a classic campfire treat. They’re filled with melted chocolate and marshmallows inside and served with extra marshmallow fluff on the side for dipping. This cooking method makes s’mores a year-round treat.

Air Fryer S’mores Egg Rolls
The best part about these air fryer s’mores egg rolls? You don’t need a campfire to enjoy this crispy, gooey treat filled with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers.
These air fryer s’mores egg rolls are a total game changer for dessert lovers (like me).
Just imagine: egg roll wrappers stuffed with chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallow fluff, then air-fried until crispy. It’s a magically gooey dessert I enjoy making again and again.
Why I Love This Recipe
- I can make these indoors year-round, no matter the weather or situation.
- I love a gooey dessert, and these s’mores definitely deliver.
- These air-fried s’mores have the perfect texture: crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.

Ingredients
- Graham crackers – You’re going to use graham crackers that you crush yourself. Avoid the finely pulverized graham crackers used for pie crusts. Crushing them yourself ensures you’ll get the best texture for this recipe.
- Marshmallow fluff
- Semi-sweet chocolate – dark chocolate also works, milk chocolate would be too sweet in my opinion.
- Wonton wrappers – find them in the refrigerated produce section of the grocery store
- Butter – gives the wonton wrappers their golden brown color

How to Make Air-Fried S’mores Egg Rolls
Find the complete recipe with measurements in the recipe card at the bottom of the post.
- Step One: In a medium mixing bowl, mix together ¾ cup of the crushed graham crackers, fluff, and chocolate.
- Step Two: Lay a wonton wrapper on the counter, with one corner pointing towards you like a diamond. Spoon two tablespoons of the graham cracker filling onto the bottom half of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides towards the center. Dip your finger in water and run it along the edge of the top corner. Roll it up to seal the egg roll. Repeat with the rest of the filling.
- Step Three: Brush each egg roll with melted butter and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
- Step Four: Pop the egg rolls into your air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 11 minutes.
- Step Five: Serve with some chocolate sauce and/or marshmallow topping on the side for dipping.

Recipe Tips
- If you don’t have an air fryer, you can deep fry them in oil heated to 350°F for about four minutes per side.
- Cooking times can vary with different air fryers, so keep an eye on them.
- Keep the egg roll wrappers covered with a damp towel while assembling to prevent them from drying out and cracking.
- Allow the cooked egg rolls to rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the filling to set slightly and avoid burning your mouth with hot filling.

Storage
- These egg rolls are best served immediately out of the air fryer while hot and the wrappers are shatteringly crisp.
