I’ve made the buffalo dip so many times now for friends and family! Always a hit 🙂 And five people have asked for the recipe, too!I made it lower fat and gluten free. Here’s how:Reduced fat cheese, nonfat plain yogurt instead of mayo (i’m allergic to eggs….), one low fat cr cheese, and one fat free cr cheese. doubled the gr chilis (8oz instead of 4oz). for topping, threw handful of nuts (walnuts, etc) in food processor with GF bread crumbs made from corn, spices (red robin seasoning, cayenne, etc), ground to bread crumb consistency. can also cook in microwave if it’s 120 degrees out like it is here in phoenix! Thanks for a great website!!!!! I get hungry every time I look at it!
