Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! I hope your day is filled with heart-warming goodness and love from those you love. We don’t exchange Valentine’s Day gifts at my house ( I wrote about that here), but we do make fabulous meals, exchange cards and just enjoy the day together. And dessert is always a must. In fact, I’m getting ready to put this in the oven now. Wish me luck I don’t eat too much of it myself.
And maybe you thought you didn’t have time to get some homemade sweets on the table today. So, I’ve included my five go-to recipes for when I’m looking for a quick and easy dessert. It’s very possible you already have all the ingredients at home. I promise you won’t go wrong with any of these choices.
If by any chance you do have some extra time on your hands, I just wrote an article for Parade Magazine, which includes 20 Mind-Blowing Peanut Butter & Chocolate Desserts. You’ll want to bookmark this collection for when the urge hits.
Six-Minute Chocolate Cake…you are going to love everything about this easy and delicious cake.
