  • Add the thawed frozen lemonade concentrate, fresh lemon juice, and mint leaves to a glass measuring cup or small pitcher. Muddle together with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon.
    ½ cup (120g) frozen lemonade concentrate, 2 tbsps (30 ml) fresh lemon juice, ¼ cup (15 g) fresh mint leaves
  • Divide the mixture evenly among four glasses.
  • To each glass, add 1/2 cup (120 ml) limoncello and 1/4 cup (60 ml) Pellegrino or club soda.

  • Top with crushed ice or cubes, then garnish with lemon slices and extra mint leaves. Serve immediately.
