Meticulous cooking and constant beating is not necessary with this No-Fail Pistachio and Walnut Fudge. The recipe is foolproof and makes perfect fudge every, single time. Perfect for giving too.

No-Fail Fudge
Christmas time is synonymous with the giving and receiving of homemade treats. Who doesn’t love a knock on the door where a plate of something delicious is being delivered by a friend or neighbor? I guarantee this No-Fail Pistachio and Walnut Fudge will make someone’s holiday.
There are so many homemade food gifts I love to give over the holidays. Sure there are cookies, but if you’re looking for something a little different, this Chai Ice Cream Syrup with a cute set of ice cream bowls makes an adorable gift. These Mulled-Cider Sachets make the perfect gift and place card holder too.
Yes it’s cliché, but it’s the thought that counts. So many of us don’t need another “thing” or object in our lives, which makes giving a holiday treat all the more sweet. And this no-fail recipe will have you delivering delicious all around your neighborhood.

Use the best quality chocolate for superior results and taste. I like to use a mix of milk and dark chocolate to balance the sweetness of the fudge. They melt together easily over a very low flame on the stove.

Once melted, the chocolate mixture pours nicely into a pan and is totally ready to be sliced two hours later. This means if you have a last minute invite, you can easily whip up this recipe and bring it with you to the party.

I press in the walnuts right before sending the pan to the fridge. You could stir the walnuts in and put the pistachios on top, your choice.

Add some festive colored candy to your serving platter or gift box and you’ve got the perfect treat for gifting.

The green-colored pistachio nuts are festive for the holidays. Save yourself some time and buy a bag of the already shelled nuts.

You will be hard-pressed to not eat it all before giving some away. I am a sucker for fudge with nuts (especially walnuts) as they cut the sweetness of the fudge nicely. This dessert is not safe with me.

Happy homemade gifting, it truly is the best time of the year.

- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and pistachios. Immediately spread fudge in prepared baking dish and smooth the top with an offset spatula. Press in the walnuts on top.
