5 Minute, No-Cook Pasta Sauce

When you are out of time this is a tasty meal to throw together.  It is pure simplicity and hardly rocket science, just a few simple ingredients thrown together that are tasty and satisfying.

This disappeared quickly at my house and was fresh and easy to eat.  I happen to keep freeze dried garlic in the kitchen and if you have some around, I highly suggest throwing some in, it was delicious.

Perfect for lunch or dinner, give it a try.

Whisk together olive oil, Parmesan and lemon juice.

Toss olive oil mixture with 1 pound just-cooked (hot) spaghetti.  Season with salt to taste.

Top each portion with lemon zest and ribbons of fresh basil.

Hey Cathy! Yum.yum! Know you are looking forward to Spring. I haven’t been to Mcminville since 1976. I lived in Eugene for almost 3 years. So glad you and your family are living your dream.
    God bless,
