When you are out of time this is a tasty meal to throw together. It is pure simplicity and hardly rocket science, just a few simple ingredients thrown together that are tasty and satisfying.
This disappeared quickly at my house and was fresh and easy to eat. I happen to keep freeze dried garlic in the kitchen and if you have some around, I highly suggest throwing some in, it was delicious.
Perfect for lunch or dinner, give it a try.
