  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/16 tsp table salt


  • All all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth and creamy, tamping down if necessary.
  • Enjoy it immediately like soft serve, or if you prefer more solid ice cream, transfer it to a freezer safe container and freeze until hardened, about one hour.
  • Store in a freezer safe container in the freezer for up to one month. Let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
