Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Fry the bacon and remove it from the skillet when finished. Use the bacon grease to sauté the peppers and onion until tender.
1 pound (16 oz.) bacon, 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper , 3/4 cup chopped yellow onion
  • Cut the biscuits into quarters and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add the peppers-onion mixture, bacon, butter, and cheese, tossing until well combined.
3 tubes (16 oz. each) regular sized refrigerator biscuits, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Pour into a lightly greased 10- to 12-cup Bundt pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. The biscuits should not look doughy—if needed, cover with foil to prevent burning.
  • Remove from the oven and turn the Bundt pan over onto a serving dish.
