Ingredients

Instructions

  • Pulverize graham crackers in a food processor, or crush them finely by placing them in a plastic zip-top bag and using a rolling pin. (You can also buy pre-crushed graham crackers in the baking aisle.)
    2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cooled melted butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and maple syrup, stirring until everything is well mixed.
1/2 cup (1 stick or 113 g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled, 1/2 cup (packed) light brown sugar, 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • Using the back of a spatula, spread and firmly press the crust mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place it in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the other layers.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and the remaining brown sugar until smooth. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of the chopped pecans and half of the whipped topping by hand.
8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature, 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, 3/4 cup chopped pecans, 16 oz. whipped topping
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Return the baking dish to the refrigerator while preparing the next layer.
  • In the same bowl, whisk together both boxes of pudding mix and the milk until the mixture thickens but remains pourable. Spread it evenly over the cream cheese layer.
3 cups whole, cold milk, 2 Boxes (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
  • Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer, then sprinkle the remaining pecans on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
