  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 cups diced, fresh mango
  • 5 cups cold, filtered water
  • 2 cups ice
  • Optional Garnish: More ice, sliced lemon rounds, sliced mango and fresh mint

Instructions

  • Add sugar, lemon juice, mango and water to a blender and blend for 60 seconds.
    2/3 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1-1/2 cups diced, fresh mango, 5 cups cold, filtered water
  • Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher over about 2 cups of ice.
    2 cups ice
  • Stir, then serve with lemon slices, mango, more ice, and fresh mint.
    Optional Garnish: More ice, sliced lemon rounds, sliced mango and fresh mint
