These Jalapeño Popper Pinwheels are a savory, spicy appetizer made with creamy cheese and jalapenos wrapped in buttery, flaky puff pastry. Perfect for game day or a casual gathering, they’re easy to make and always a crowd favorite.
1/3cupdiced, fresh, jalapeños (about 1 large jalapeño)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cheeses and jalapeños.
4 oz. full-fat cream cheese, 4 oz. cheddar cheese, 1/3 cup diced, fresh, jalapeños
After the pastry sheets have come to room temperature, unfold and lay them flat. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture onto each pastry sheet, then roll tightly into a log. Trim the ends so they're even, score the roll into segments with a sharp knife, and slice into 8 equal pieces. Repeat with the remaining pastry sheet.
