A bold and refreshing Hot Honey Peach Margarita made with tequila, fresh or frozen peach purée, hot honey, lime juice, and a chili salt rim. Easy to customize with homemade or store-bought ingredients, this cocktail balances sweet, spicy, and citrusy flavors for a perfectly smooth sip.
Heat honey over low heat in a small saucepan. Add jalapeño slices and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat, cool, and strain out jalapeño slices. (Shortcut: Use store-bought hot honey.)

Peach Puree:
Peel the peach (optional, but helps with a smoother texture). Pit and chop the peach. Blend until smooth. If too thick, add a little water or lime juice. If using frozen peaches add 4-6 thawed slices to a blender and puree until smooth.)

Assembling the Cocktail:
Rub a lime wedge around the rim, then dip it in chili salt (or plain salt).

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, peach purée, and hot honey. Shake until cold.

Fill a glass with ice, strain the cocktail into it, and garnish with peach slices, jalapeño slices, and a thyme sprig.
