  • 3-1/2 cups green grapes, halved
  • 3-1/2 cups red grapes, halved
  • 3 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups peeled and separated clementine segments
  • 3 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 2 tbsps. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • zest of one lime

Instructions

  • Wash the green grapes, red grapes and strawberries. Slice the strawberries, halve the grapes, and peel and separate the clementines.

  • Dice the fresh pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
    3 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • Add the green grapes, red grapes, pineapple, strawberries, and clementines to a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the lime juice and honey over the fruit, then sprinkle with lime zest.
    2 tbsps. fresh lime juice, 1 tbsp. honey, zest of one lime
  • Gently toss everything together until the fruit is evenly coated.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
