  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients until fully mixed.
    1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 1-1/2 tsps. ground cinnamon, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. table salt
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients until fully mixed.
    2 medium ripe bananas, mashed, 2 large eggs, slightly beaten, 1/4 cup pure maple syrup, 2 tbsps. vegetable oil, 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Add the wet ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients and combine until fully incorporated. Do not overmix. Fold in the chocolate chips.
    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Fill the muffin tins 3/4 of the way full.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes. Let the muffins cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing them to a cooling rack.
