  • In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, diced jalapeños, red onion, and chopped cilantro.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice. Pour over the slaw mixture and toss until evenly coated. Chill until ready to serve.

  • In another bowl, toss the shrimp with the Cajun seasoning, remaining lime juice, and minced garlic until well coated.
