Made this for supper last night. I couldn’t find the Johnsonville Pork and Chicken Italian Sausage so I just used the mild Italian sausage and it was great! I also couldn’t find the chili garlic sauce so I used a chili sauce (the ginger people’s sweet ginger chili which I got at Whole Foods) and added some garlic (4 cloves (hey! they were small!) which I grated/
shredded on a micro-plane) when the onions were almost cooked. This is a great recipe!!

In reply to Gayle. Since you are using spicy sausage be careful with the garlic chili paste. Your dish might be too spucy to enjoy. Start with a smaller amount and add if necessary.

I’m making this for supper tonight…right after The Masters. Using Johnsonville Hot Italian sausages. I’ve never seen the Pork and Chicken Italian Sausage in my stores. Would like to try them. Thanks for the recipe. My Paprika app is loaded with your recipes.
