Ingredients

cup
plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

granulated sugar

baking powder

tsp
salt

cup
whole milk

tsp
vanilla extract
1/2

butter, cubed
1-1/2
cups
coarsely chopped pecans
1
cup
packed brown sugar
3/4
cup
Heath milk chocolate toffee bits (baking aisle)

boiling water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk and vanilla until combined into a batter. Set aside.
(Start boiling water for use at the end.)
Add cubed butter to a 9 x 13 baking pan and place in the oven to melt and warm up the pan. (about 3-5 minutes)
Remove pan from oven and add batter. Sprinkle with pecans, brown sugar and toffee bits.
Slowly pour the boiling water over the top.
Bake uncovered until cobbler is set, about 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool for 30 minutes. The cobbler will thicken as it cools down.
