The petal pink color of this Icy Hibiscus Margarita is alluring, but it’s the sweet, tangy and refreshing flavor that will have you asking for a second pour.
Run the wedge of a lime around the rim of your serving glass and sprinkle Tajin seasoning around the wet edge. Set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, tequila, Hibiscus syrup, Cointreau and fresh lime juice. Shake until mixed and very cold. Strain into prepared glass that has also been filled with ice.
Garnish with a slice of lime that has been sprinkled with more Tajin seasoning.
