This sophisticated and unique version of a Cherry Martini is like no other you've experienced. Its incredibly punchy, but velvety, cherry flavor profile is balanced and its crimson, red color is captivating. Edible glitter is optional, but recommended if you're wanting to make a bold statement.

Add gin, cherry brandy, lemon juice, bitters and cherry juice to the shaker.
1.5 oz. gin, 0.5 oz. cherry brandy, 2 tsps. fresh lemon juice, 4 dashes Angostura bitters, 2.5 oz. cherry juice from fresh or frozen cherries (completely thawed) (pit some cherries and mash them to release the juice)
Shake vigorously until outside of the shaker feels ice cold.
Strain into the chilled martini glass and add cherries on a cocktail pick to garnish.

If you're using the red edible glitter, skewer the cherries on to a cocktail pick and lay them on a piece of parchment paper. Shake the glitter over and tap off the excess. Add to the cocktail.

Notes
If you're making this martini in cherry off season, use frozen cherries that are completely thawed to mash and get your cherry juice. Use regular, not tart cherries. Nutrition information is only an estimation and variation will occur based on the ingredients/brands you use.
