In a jar or small bowl, combine cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, cumin and honey. Stir or shake until well combined.
In a separate serving bowl, add the broccoli slaw mix and green onion.
Drizzle the cilantro-lime dressing over the slaw mix. Season generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss until combined.
Serve immediately or enjoy later. This keeps several days in the fridge.
