The petal pink color of this Icy Hibiscus Margarita is alluring, but it’s the sweet, tangy and refreshing flavor that will have you asking for a second pour.

Ingredients

  • Tajin seasoning, lime wedge
  • ice
  • 2 oz silver tequila (such as Patron)
  • 1 oz Hibiscus syrup (such as Torani)
  • 0.5 oz Cointreau
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • lime slice

Instructions

  • Run the wedge of a lime around the rim of your serving glass and sprinkle Tajin seasoning around the wet edge. Set aside.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, tequila, Hibiscus syrup, Cointreau and fresh lime juice. Shake until mixed and very cold. Strain into prepared glass that has also been filled with ice. 
  • Garnish with a slice of lime that has been sprinkled with more Tajin seasoning.
