The recipe makes about one cup. I’ve kept mine covered in the fridge. I would predict it would last at least a week if not longer.

I can eat a whole watermelon in a day. I cut it up in fairly large pieces and every time I pass the fridge, I have a couple of pieces. It is gone before I know it! I just cannot resist. Your watermelon hearts are beautiful! I could say I would hate to eat them they are so pretty…….but my watermelon addiction would win the battle! I figure it is mostly water anyway, so go for the gusto!
