I have been making this the last five years and it is amazing how many people have not had real chutney. Everyone loves the taste and texture. I just finished my second batch today. One thing I’ve been curious about, is it two small or two large cans of mandarin oranges?

I had got a dream to start my own company, but I didn't have got enough of cash to do it. Thank heaven my friend recommended to take the loan. So I received the financial loan and realized my dream.

Hey! Your chutney is beautiful. I was listening to NPR friday am and they had the former editor of Gourmet Magazine on. (thought of you) Anyway, they were discussing the most unusual (horrific) sounding cranberry relish. I am going to try it. It sounded so weird. Here is the link or go to NPR .org, Morning Edition. It's Called "Go Pink Stamberg and Reichl make cranberry relish."

This was absolutely fantastic. I jarred it and added it to my Christmas presents to give something a little unique.

Lots of the older people in my family have health problems, so I used mandarin oranges canned in their own juices instead of syrup, and I sweetened it with 1 1/4 cups blue agave syrup rather than white sugar. I served it as cranberry dressing at Christmas and it was a huge hit! Thanks!
