I have made these cookies several times ,and Both my husband and myself think they are one of the most delicious cookies that I have ever made,I promise you won’t be disappointed,especially if you like sweet potato and butterscotch.

I absolutely love your blog.I have gotten so many good recipes from there,And let me tell you these Sweet potato spice cookies are by far one of the most DELICIOUS cookies That i have ever put in my mouth! My husband said the same thing,I have had to give them to friend’s to taste,as always ,fabulous..Can’t say enough about them….dearly love them. I end up eating too many…..Thank you…

Amazingly enough, I think I have all the ingredients on hand to make these cookies. I bought sweet potatoes thinking I was going to make sweet potato fries, but never got around to it.

Those look great! Good timing too because I am up to my ears in tax receipts and am looking for a distraction!
