Made these today. Very good! I was surprised at how thick the batter/dough was. Seemed more like a quick bread. I will definitely make them again but will likely cut back on the chocolate, add more cranberries or leave most whole for the pop, and toast the pecans.

Everything about these muffins is fantastic–texture, colors, flavor–all of it is right on!! I’ll be making these many more times. Didn’t change a thing with the recipe either.
