Me too – although I “discovered” it at home. My mom used it for all types of gravy, ever since I can remember – & I’m SIXTY-FOUR!
It’s definitely a marvelous “find”!

It thickens and adds beef or chicken broth flavoring. I make a thick slurry and add to juices in the pan. Makes for great flavor.
