Love stuffed peppers. Even my mother, who was not much of a cook, but still had 8 people to feed, could stuff a pepper and it was pretty good. I have found that I can put almost anything in a stuffed pepper and it will taste great. One of my new favorites is quinoa, but I love your recipe using bread. Thanks for sharing.
