In the post I talk about the smokey flavor of the cheese sticks. Sargento Pepper Jack is a bland of jalapeno and Habanero flavors, therefore you get a smokey flavor as opposed to other brands that just use jalapeno. Also the chipotle chili powder is smokey too.
