G’day Cathy, greetings from Tasmania, Australia! I too would be interested to learn how to make the lime garnishes. They look like fabulous little jellyfish called Porpita, which float at the surface on the worlds oceans! Besides being a jellyfish researcher, I run a jellyfish themed air BnB and am always on the lookout for lovely and quirky ways to incorporate them. I would seriously love love love to learn this!! Fingers crossed!!!
