Sour cream also works like the yogurt if you absolutely don’t want bananas near your plate. Fluffy and adds a rich flavor
and light tang that isnt fruity. Sto good.

I also use Krusteaz mix, but I substitute club soda for the water called for in the directions on the bag. Try it, you may like it.
