I made this for dinner and loved it in every way. It came together quickly and easily. I especially loved the tomatoes and cucumbers!! What a great recipe to put in my dinner lineup!

What a lovely dinner this turned out to be. I too made the bowls and served on the patio last night since it was so nice out. It was a very pleasant meal and all my family really enjoyed it, especially the beautiful presentation.

I had forgotten about that show. I used to sit around watching it with my neighbor Mary and we would go into a panic thinking about a camera crew showing up and going through the fridge which was always a disaster. It was a good show and yes now realize it was planned out. But it was a very fun to watch. Those pineapple bowls are gorgeous.
