When it comes to pork tenderloin, you absolutely need to use a meat thermometer. Pork tenderloin will be dry after 145 F and you cannot predict that temp by time in the oven. I like to pull mine out of the oven at 140 F and let it rest a few minutes. It will come to 145 F and be perfectly juicy!]]></description>
