I bake too often and often add pudding, PN butter powder to my whipping cream to flavor and stabilize it. My favorite is using fruit powders like raspberry to sweeten the cream. Sooo good!

Do you think I could mix it into the cream to dissolve before whipping it? I’ve seen this powder everywhere but have never used it, so I’m not familiar with how it works.
