In reply to Agatha. Hi! Thanks for trying the recipe—and for the note. If a double batch only made 6–10 cookies that is really strange as one batch makes 10 cookies. I list the scoop size as a guide, but if you’re using tablespoons, it should be about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie (roughly the size of a standard cookie scoop). If by any chance you did heaping spoonfuls or pack the dough tightly, it would definitely yield fewer, much larger cookies. That's the only thing I can think of happening while assuming ingredients were also measured accurately.

Hi. With the panko cookies recipe, I went with the approximation of the tablespoons you listed since I don’t own the required ice-cream scoop and they turned out ridiculously large with a double batch making around only 6-10 of them. Any clue why that would be the case?

It says 10 servings but how much is a serving? In other words, how many cookies doe it make?
