I was just wondering some things about the taste of these Derby Brownies, I do hope you’ll get back to me. Are the tastes of the mint and bourbon well noticeable? Just wondering whether to add more or less or keep it same, I’d like the flavors to be light but noticeble. Also you used dark chocolate, so these brownies are very rich? Do you think semisweet baking chocolate would suffice?
