Wondering: Can you make a big batch and freeze? You could microwave for a moment and crisp up on a non stick pan to finish?

Do you follow the recipe on your pancake mix, or just do dry mix and water? All the pancake mixes we have (must be gluten free) call for eggs and oil. Would you add those??
