In reply to Terry. It will make more of a cookie cup instead of a cookie as the dough will rise up the walls of the muffin tin. Whoopie Pie Pans are very thin/flat and about the easiest thing to store in a tight space.

Hi Cathy! I live in a space with extremely limited storage (read as none, and what there is, is already maxed to the nth degree). I do, however, have some jumbo muffin tins. Do you think they would work if I reduced the size of each dough ball & reduced the bake time? I can’t afford to waste ingredients! Thanks!

made these today they are delicious! I used a regular cookie sheet instead of whopper pie pan because I didn’t have one, and they came out beautiful! Thank you for this awesome recipe!
