As a fellow Pole, I am intrigued by this recipe. I’ll have to try this summer with the good authentic kielbasa from the Polish Market at the end of my street.

I made a double batch of this last night on the out door grill. Substituted Butterball Turkey Sausage (only because they didn’t have Kielbasa), and everyone loved it. No leftovers this morning as is the norm. Another great recipe. May stick with the turkey sausage when I make it again.

We have hunters in our family and we have gobs of venison sausage on hand. That is a great way to cook and serve them. Everyone will love them that way.
