Sorry, had to finish a bowl of gooey pralines and vanilla ice cream!
Yes, it was raining. Had a fire going and hoped that may hold the moisture down but.. you are probably right. I’ll try again on a drier day. Have a happy new year.

They look great. Made them yesterday. Directions were clear and all went well.
But, always one of them, they never set up. They flowed to a thickness of 1/4″. Let them sit for hours. Never was able to touch them without them squishing about. Scrapped them up and blobbed them into a container. Will be able to spoon it over ice cream.
The stuff does taste great. Just not eatable without a spoon.
