It’s a beautiful fall day here. What a better thing to bake than these muffins. My husband’s a beekeeper and I’m always looking for new recipes that will showcase his honey. This is definitely one of them. They are very easy to make, they are absolutely delicious, the directions are succinct and written very clearly. I baked them 18 minutes and they were perfect. Fluffy and moist and not overdone. Oh, and the kitchen smells magnificent. My husband’s working outside so I brought him a hot one out of the oven drizzled with his honey. I watched him from the window and he couldn’t eat it fast enough. Of course I didn’t miss the opportunity to say “a honey muffin for my honey”. And yes, he rolled his eyes. Thank you for this great recipe!
