					<description><![CDATA[I use the oatmeal, nuts, sunflower seeds, banana flakes ( and sometimes wheat germ), but instead of brown sugar and oil, I use 1/2 cup real maple syrup.  If I want dried cranberries, mango, etc. I add them at time of eating, because the granola tends to draw all moisture from dried fruit, causing them to be extra chewy.]]></description>
