It sounds like the noodle swap might have played a role in the final outcome. Different noodles can have a big impact on texture and how the sauce or broth clings, especially with something like ramen where the chew and shape really affect the dish. Trader Joe’s squiggly noodles are a fun option but definitely have a different texture and cook time, so I can see why it didn’t translate as well. If you give it another shot with ramen noodles, it might come closer to what you were hoping for!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[This soup is fantastic. The only thing I do differently is cook the ramen noodles separately. I put them in the bowl and ladle the soup over top. If the noodles are cooked in the soup, they get too mushy if there are leftovers. 
Otherwise, a wonderful recipe that I have made countless times.]]></description>
