					<description><![CDATA[We love this recipe!  Made it just as written with one minor exception.  It&#039;s winter and I have no fresh herbs in my garden.  I sprinkled the top with home made Italian Seasoning.  It was a fine substitute.  We will be making this again, maybe with assorted mushrooms and onions next time.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Made this tonight. Turned out GREAT!! I didn&#039;t need as many tomatoes as it called for but the bottom was nice an crispy and the taste was FAB! The onions cook down and become so mellow and the tomatoes are almost roasted. Even the kids liked it.
