					<description><![CDATA[Fabulous bread!  Mixed it Sunday and baked it yesterday!  Used bacon grease instead of the butter and baked it on parchment paper instead of corn meal.  Smelled incredible baking!!!!

You are lucky, often it needs to be set longer. More flavor does develop the longer time you let the dough sit.]]></description>
