This looks so delicious and colorful. Too bad I wasn’t able to come across this recipe during the Easter. But anyway, I can still make them even after the Easter.

In reply to Vicky Stauffer. Hmmm. They might require too long of a cooking time and really brown the cookie. It's something you'd have to try to know for sure. However, if you bake cookies often, the whoopie pie pan is the way to go. They are very inexpensive.
