I mean some people sub Greek yogurt for mayo or a combination of the two, but it will absolutely not taste the same or have a very satisfying mouthfeel without the fat of the mayo.

First of all I have to say thank you Cathy! This is the best chicken salad I have ever had in my life! I made this for dinner last night and it was gone in about 15 minutes! So today my son and my husband went to the store to buy the ingredients for me to make more! Lol I had to triple the recipe! My family loves it!
