I just purchased a 1/2 peck of apples from a local orchard that do not have a lot of flavor. This will be a great way to use them with the added flavors from the cinnamon and brown sugar. I realize it won’t have the flavor of a crisp made with Granby Smith apples but at least my apples won’t go to waste.
