I felt the incredible panic during this story because the big wheel was fun but also not the safest. I also grew up in the 70s and yeah it was like being on your own. Somehow we lived. Making this cheesecake over the weekend for friends comng to visit but I already I’m going to like it. It’s my speed. Great story about what dessert really means. Pretty cool perspective.
