I have made so many times it’s almost ridiculous. Love this and I get the Las Palmas red chile sauce at Walmart. When it’s not in stock in the story they ship it. Very easy.

This is an incredible beef recipe that requires very little. And yeah, once I made it with enchilada sauce out of desperation, it’s not the same. My Hispanic market sells it in my very small town so I never find myself without a few cans now.
