if you can’t find cream of coconut in New Zealand, I would suggest you order on line through Amazon maybe? I know they sell it online through that site and you don’t have to buy a ton of it either

I didn’t get around to making this until today and OH MY GOD. So very good. The ice cream is very sweet so I think that the fruit topping helps cut the sweetness a little.

BTW- I have the same ice cream maker- have had it for about 10 years as well- I keep the bowl in the freezer and it is always ready to use!
